    Alejandra moved to Working Mums’ Battersea to become the manager in March 2017. Prior to that she had been both Deputy Manager and Acting Manager at Anglo-Spanish Nursery School in Clapham, where she worked for three years, raising standards through responsiveness to feedback from families, the community, her team and professional forums.

    Alejandra first became involved in Early Years education in her home country in Venezuela where she gained an Early Years Degree and Masters Degree in Education Management. She also gained a Level Three in Leadership and Management in the UK in 2016.

          Elizabeth SotoDeputy Manager - Battersea

        Our Battersea Deputy Manager, Elizabeth Soto is a qualified and well experienced nursery practitioner. Her journey as a nursery practitioner started in 1987 when she set up her own nursery business in Latin America.

        Elizabeth then moved to London and started working in a crèche to gain relevant experience in England. From there she joined Anglo Spanish Nursery School in Clapham as a room leader. In 2009, Elizabeth joined Blundells Nursery, continuing a leadership position as a room leader for the pre-schoolers and was then promoted to Deputy Manager in April 2016, helping us transition Blundells to Working Mums mid-2016.
